Discovery. Then solution.

Cleanse. Then finishing creams.

We skip the important stuff in the middle because no one ever taught us what the middle was supposed to look like.

That’s when consultations start to feel messy. We go off on tangents, run overtime, second-guess our recommendations or overwhelm the client with information they don’t understand.

It isn’t because you’re bad at consultations.
