Refunds and Cancellations
We realise that events and challenges can happen in your life after you have booked your retreat. Whilst we do our best to accommodate your changes there are times when this is not possible.
Our retreat places are strictly limited and so we have adopted the following cancellations and refunds policy:
- At least 30 days prior to the retreat start date we can offer a credit note less $50 admin fee (with a 12 month expiry) towards a future retreat subject to availability. Alternatively we can refund your payment less $150 administration fees.
- Between 30 and 14 days we can either offer you a credit note less $250 (with a 12 month expiry) or a refund less $500.
- For cancellations less than 14 days prior to the retreat we are not able to offer any refund or credit. In the event you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your reservation and booking to send a person in your place
- Skinside Out will provide a credit to another retreat date if we are unable to run the retreat for any reason.
- If you have opted for a payment plan, the final payment is due 30 days before the event.
- Early Bird Payments are only available for payments made in full. Payment plans are not available for Early Bird discounts.
