So theres always things you need to know about the ins and outs of an online course. I'll pop them all here so you can refer back to them throughout the program so you can find all the "rules of engagement" in one place if ever you need to check back. 

 First things first, we're all going to be using different skin care products and treatment modalities in our day to day job as a skin therapist. This means that you need to understand what you're working with. I know a lot about a lot of products but you'll need to reach out to your suppliers and distributors if you need 'tech support' for specific product or treatment related questions. 

This course isn't product aligned or treatment specific. I'm also not teaching on the technical skin anatomy and physiology. I'm here to teach you how to implement the knowledge you have and to direct you to teachers that can fill any gaps in your knowledge. This course gives you access to the people who have taught and mentored me. They're way better at teaching the skin stuff than I am! I'm here to empower you with the resources, to help you think strategically and not just rinse and repeat everything I say. I want you to know it DEEP!

What does self study mean?
It means you really are left to do this YOUR WAY! There's no new module dropped each week, there's no live classes to attend. You do you boo!

We have people from all over the world doing this course, trying to juggle international time zones that would benefit everyone had me pulling my hair out, so letting you choose when and where you wanted to drop into this course just makes perfect sense!!

That also means you can never fall behind and feel like you're failing or wasting your money because you can access to this course for as long as I run it, no matter how many new updates or tweaks I add along the way (because I am always learning and adapting, I'll make sure this course stays relevant!) 

How long do I have to finish the course?
Forever. But for those of you like me who need a deadline or a guide, I expect you to work your way through it over the course over 4-6 weeks.

I wrote this course to help you change lives by changing skin and the longer you procrastinate, the longer it takes you to feel confident in serving your clients. The longer you take, the the longer it takes them to get the results they are ready for!  Whilst this course remains in demand, you'll always have access. What if I forget my log in details or have tech issues?
I hear ya! I'm the biggest tech-phobe there is it's a wonder that this course made it into the online realms!

I know a ton about skin, but very little about the website stuff but if you're having a problem, email hello@skinsideout.com.au and we'll sort you out!

Do I need to log into my computer to access the course?
Heck no! My phone is basically an extension of my arm and I run all of my businesses and admin stuff from there. Kajabi has an app that you can download from your app store (just search Kajabi- it has a blue and white logo that looks like a K) and you'll find everything in this course is all there, right on your phone, right at your fingertips! 

I have the Kajabi app but cant see the course?
Head into the Kajabi app. Click the three lines in the upper left hand corner. Then click the cog. If you don't see your email address you used when signing up to the course, add another email address. If it's there, then pull down to refresh the screen, click out and it should show up on the home page! 

PAYMENTS:

Help! I've chosen the payment plan but need to update my card details!
You'll need to log into the desktop version of your course for this one.
1: Go to your profile
2: go to your settings
3: change your payment and follow the process. 
If you are having trouble submitting your card, it could be your browser. Dont worry, just change to a different browser and try again. 

Uh-oh! My payment bounced and I feel bad! How do I get the money to you? 
Dont worry, It can happen. If your payment fails, my payment system will try again in another 7 days so be sure to check your balance and be prepared. If your payment falls 7 days overdue, I'll check in just to make sure everything is ok. Then, we'll send through an invoice for you to settle your account. If I dont hear from you, your access to the course will be denied whilst we are sorting this out for you. Once you settle your invoice, you'll be right back in the gang, learning and growing and kicking ass in your consults! 

REFUNDS:

Can I get a refund?
Nope. I have a very strict boundary around refund policies on digital goods and services. As I am giving you instant access to the entirety of the course from day one, it's not fair on myself or any other student that has paid full price. If this was a course that was drip fed over time, delivering new modules week by week it would be a different story.
This is stated on the sales page, the check out page and the terms and conditions you read when opting in.
As a percentage of your course fees has already been donated to the charity linked with this course, to give you a refund would mean denying the charity our financial support. If you really, really, really feel that this course hasn't supported you or provided you with the skills and confidence to consult like a badass boss and really want a refund, my policy is to instead give 100% of your course fees to the chosen charity. That way I don't get paid your fee and you can feel satisfied that you did not waste your money and instead together make a HUGE difference to someone who needs it. 

OTHER:

Theres a typo!
Can I make a confession? My first print of Skinside Out has a significant stuff up in one chapter and a couple of typos that I had people sending me messages for months! I sold over 2000 copies of that book and its now out there in the world perfectly imperfect! I like to think its like an original Van Gough. It will be the hallmark of knowing you got the OG first edition and it'll be worth millions after I'm dead ;) jokes! 

These things happen, so if you do find something in the course that is a major faux pas, or that bugs you so much that it grinds your learning to a halt (I get it, things like this can detract from your concentration) take a screen shot and send it to [email protected] and I'll fix it right up! 

If I've paid for this content, can I now own it, replicate it and teach it as my own method?
